How to duplicate or get items with glitches or commands?

I recently got hooked by the game again and was presented with the arduous task of trying to find Dwarf Scrolls III. The only way I know to get this somewhat reliably is to grind the snow section of the mines every single day and I am honestly not in the mood of doing that. Especially considering my lava eels need them too.

Is there a way to just duplicate or get it in vanilla? Or do I need mods for it?
