Is there anyway I can save my Stardew valley before I deleted and reinstalled it so I don't lose any of my progress at all

Yes, you can go into your phone files app, then copy and paste the files somewhere other than your main saves folder. If you then delete and reinstall the game, you can simply move the files back into the save folder.
