Windows [HELP] "Connection failed" when i am trying to join co-op world.

I was playing Stardew Valley (153 hours) coop with my boyfriend for some time, everything was working well, but we've decided to take a break for a few weeks, Now we want to come back to stardew again, but we can't play, most of the time, because I can't connect to a lobby, for a while it stays on 'connecting' but after a while 'connection failed' pops up, I've tried it on both home internet and LTE, my boyfriend also tried doing everything he could but nothing helped, what can i do to fix it? Stardew Valley and Steam is updated to the newest version.

PROCESSOR: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU 2020M @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
GRAPHICS CARD: Intel HD Graphics
WINDOWS 10 PRO

Same problem. It started about a month ago. Sometimes it works on LTE connection, but only with one mobile operator. Tried using VPN, Radmin, ZeroTier, nothing can help me. LTE is working, but it is horrible to play when you losting your connection about every 5 min.
