If I launch a game with the Russian language, the game crashes on the save loading screen or on the new game screen. Everything works fine in English, how can I play with Russian?

Was on Summer 3 and there was a Help Wanted quest from Willy asking for Sardines to be caught, but Sardines are only in Spring, Fall, and Winter. This is in 1.6 on Steam on Windows, single-player.
