Windows [HELP] Can't join coop game (Already try all of the suggestions online)

Hi!

I can't join my friend's coop game and have already tried all of the suggestions online. Such as:
- Restarting steam
- Reinstalling the game
- Disable antivirus/firewall
- Use another wifi connection
- and a lot more

I can see the join button thingy (attached) but when I try to connect, it always said "connection failed".

My friend and I play on steam on windows devices. Any suggestions?

have you managed to fix it? My friend has gotten the same problem and we can't find any sources to fix it, we bought it yesterday :,(
