So..... For the Notice Board Quest, the moment I accept the quest chain to get the solar panels, ginger stops sprouting on Ginger Island, and Tiger Slimes stop dropping them entirely. Have tried to do this quest a dozen times or so, but each time not a single one drops.
Have even gone so far as to cover the south part of the town, and partially main town with Tiger Slimes, and they still do not drop ginger.
Rings equipped are
Luck + Increased Chance of monster drops
Luck + Increased Chance of monster drops OR
Luck + Slime Charmer
Food used is Pumpkin Soup to increase luck.
Lucky day and increased luck buffs from Statue do not help.
So, as of this moment, with a 1.6 version, entirely unable to complete quest chain for Solar Panels. I can stockpile Ginger to ship, but am unable to actually complete the OBTAIN ginger, and there is currently no way yo grow ginger either.
P.S. Please enable Ginger to be a grown crop, as well as other herbs.
