I just completed all of the tasks given by Gil for the monster slayer hero achievement, but it will not award it to me for some reason.
I have tried going back to ginger island and taking out a few slimes and even going back in the skull caverns and that didn't trigger anything even after going to sleep in the game to see if anything happens. I do have the option to call item recovery without going to the guild itself but still don't have the actual achievement.
I am playing Stardew valley on my Nintendo Switch 2.
This is single player as well.
I am not sure if I am able to upload my save file or how I would go about doing so with the switch 2.
