iOS Game crashes immediately upon collecting request reward

Hello! This is my first post on the forums, so please forgive me if there is anything wrong with this post.

Issue: After completing the 25 gold vegetables requirement for Pierre’s Prime Produce, I am unable to collect the reward as collecting it causes the game to crash to the home screen immediately, with no further progress once the game is booted up again. I am using a DualShock 4 controller via bluetooth on my device and it seems to be the only way to actually claim request rewards as using the touch screen to try and claim the rewards does not show anything no matter how many times the request is clicked. (I bought the iOS version recently and feel controller support is overall very poor? After playing on Switch and Steam it is a big let down.) I have tried leaving Pierre’s before collecting the reward, going back to the farm, finishing the day before trying, but nothing works.
Version: v1.6.15.1 build 25156 (Latest?)
Device: iPad Air M4, iOS 27 Beta 4
In-Game Language: English
Game Mode: Single Player
Controller: Controller & Touch Screen (Touch screen is necessary as many of the menus cannot be accessed with controller?)
I am new to the mobile version, so if there is something I am confused about please do let me know!

Updating to say that this same issue also happens with the Community Cleanup quest, so it seems like no Special Order rewards can be claimed? Any help at all would be great, thanks!

What happens if you disconnect the controller?
If I disconnect the controller, the mission can no longer be fully selected, so I can't even try to claim the reward.

If I tap on the mission, it changes colour in the list but doesn't open the details or show the rewards.

If there's something I'm missing any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If you restart the game after removing the controller, does it work?

I’ve never used a controller (but I’ve heard it can be buggy), so without one it looks like this:

I can tap the money button, the quest disappears and the money is added to inventory.

So I gave it a try without connecting my controller and still couldn’t open the quest details to collect the reward, but once I changed the control scheme to ’Joystick & 2 Buttons’ it let me open the quest details and collect the reward without crashing!

Unfortunately, it still crashes after this when trying to collect it using my controller, so this is a workaround for now I suppose?

Thank you for the help, I really hope controller support on iOS gets some love and improvements in a future update.
