Windows Festival of Ice causes permanent fishing pole casting

Hello,

New to this forum, and fellow programmer here. I think I've found a place where some festival code is not being cleaned up.

At the festival of ice and after talking to Mayor Lewis to start the event, and after leaving during the countdown timer, then all tools appear to be bound to the cast fishing pole action.

Steps I took to reproduce (no mod was used in my verification of this bug):
1. New farm.
2. Get fishing pole from Willy.
3. Sleep until festival.
4. Attend festival and start fishing event.
5. Catch two fish (Note also, the first help for fishing game is also present despite fish being caught -- but this is a minor side effect).
6. Leave festival before the countdown timer ends.
7. Go back to farm and choose pick-axe or axe and try to wack something. Instead find yourself casting your line.
8. Go to sleep.
9. No good. Same problem.

Fortunately, leaving the game and returning does fix it.

I suspect this was simply a case of not cleaning up some actions that are wired specifically for the festival.

I verified this on a Windows Build that was made for Gog and Gog reports the version at 1.6.8.

I'd be happy to provide more information but hopefully this is pretty easy to verify on the development side.

I can also confirm this happens on Switch current version, one of us disconnected and rejoined after the day and all tools cast, which was fixed with a host reload of the game.
