Having the same issue, but for the fix described above unfortunately on my version of windows i have no "Get info" option, just properties and options. I have tried changing all sharing options to uncheck "read only", but the issue persists. My fiance is the one crashing, has no issues until I join his playthrough. We have played up until this point with no crashes (about 4 years in game). SMAPI Log attached with errors. Anyone know how to fix?
