Solved Cant launch SDV on steam, help pls!!

I was able to play the game normally before but when i wiped my laptop and re downloaded steam and SDV it shows this message whenever i try to launch the game ( an error occurred while launching the game : missing game executable

maybe i deleted some related file folders? i don't know how to fix it )

Did you used to play modded Stardew? In any case, the solution will probably be:

Right-click on Stardew Valley in your Steam Library, click on Properties, then go to General, and make sure your Launch Options are empty.

yep i used to play modded . its working now thanks for the help
