Art Can i make SDV merch?

Hi everyone to make it short and simple i wanted to ask if selling fan-made merch such as keychains, stickers, acrlic stands etc. is allowed. I made tons of reserch but since im new to making profit off my art on Etsy (i havent started yet) i wanted to make sure that ConcernedApe is okay with it. thank you so much for your time ^^

Yes, Stardew Valley has a fan merch policy intended to allow fans to sell their original creations. It's fine to sell fan merch as long as you follow these conditions:

1. No assets owned by ConcernedApe are used directly. Your art is original and ideally created by you, the seller.
2. Production is "small scale" meaning that items are not created in a large factory, you are not employing workers to manufacture the items, and they are not intended for wide-scale distribution into larger chains or stores.
3. You make it clear your item is not "official" or condoned by ConcernedApe.
4. You do not claim any rights to anything owned by ConcernedApe (images, names, concepts, etc).
5. You agree that, if your item causes some kind of trouble, you agree to honor a request from the team to stop making the item available.

Thank you so much!!! i apprisciate that you took your time to answer my question so much^^ i only have one question about point 2: by "the product can't be created in large factories" do you mean by that that i can't send my art to a company to make the keychains (i was planning on using Vograce) or did you mean that it should be a solo project of one fan-artist and not a independent company who is dedicated to only making SDV merch? thank you so much again :3
