Solved Bus glitch. Can't go to desert.

I am an mobile user and currently had a problem with going to desert. I unlocked the community center and the bus but bus is not working. I waited for Pam, skipped days, re-entered the game etc. But the bug persisted.The game is up to date. There is no warning or information text when i click on the bus either. The game still seems to detect the bus as not being unlocked even though everything other goes in order (Pam goes to bus stop). I'm playing the game on mu phone. My phone brand is General Mobile 8. I use Android 9 and there is enough storage

Your don’t interact with the bus directly, there’s a ticket station to the left.

So Pam is there but you can’t interact with the ticket station? Could you take a screen recording?

Did it work before the last update?

Oh it turned out that i couldn't see the ticket station because of a tree. Thank you so much!
