PC [BUG] Sound hardware change causes game to lock up.

On Windows, if the sound hardware changes, the game locks up the next time it tries to play a sound. I haven't tested it on Linux yet.

I have a wireless USB headset and if I unplug the transmitter or the headset battery dies, Windows changes the output hardware to the internal speakers on the laptop. If Stardew then tries to play a sound, the process locks up.

I'm assuming the game checks the sound hardware at startup and then just keeps using that device and locks when that device is no longer available.

There's likely a callback that could be used to catch the change and either swap the audio device or stop trying to play sounds.
