Windows Bug Report – Music Mute Button Desync

Hello,

I found a bug related to the music mute button in the game main menu.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the game.
2. Click the music button on the top left corner to mute the music.
3. Navigate to another menu like co-op.
4. Return to the original menu.

Expected behavior:

• The music should remain muted.
• The music icon state should correctly reflect whether the music is muted or not.

Actual behavior:

• The music turns back on, but the icon remains in the muted state.
• This results in a desynchronization between the icon and the actual audio state.
• In some cases, the icon appears “open” while the sound is muted, or “muted” while the sound is playing.
  

This makes it confusing to know the real audio state just by looking at the icon.

Huh strange. Does this occur all the time or does it fix if you restart the game?
