PC [BUG] Black screen issues.

Hi. I would like some feedback on what I can do about this problem, I just recently started having on pc save files. I decided after playing the game on switch for a while to go back to pc because of the new update. I started a new farm and have made it to fall in year 1, however I started to notice a glitchy white line going horizontally on my screen and also every couple of minutes my screen goes black when I am in the middle of playing as if my computer screen has fallen asleep, I have tried uninstalling the game but the problem is still happening. i do alt-tab to check other things on my pc maybe that caused the problem? Thank you.

Nothing works. I bought on Steam months ago, trying to play for months, any moment of the game the screen turns black and i just close the game, frustrated waiting for someone who can fix it.
