Yeah, honestly I'm hesitant to touch this one cuz it looks like the author on that post isn't even the original author, it looks like a compilation of a bunch of authors' work that they may not have even had permission to post, since they put a disclaimer that any of the original authors should let them know if they wanted it taken down. We'd need permission from like 10 different people for that one

I have way too many I'd like to request.

In relative order of how badly I'd love to see them converted:

We'll have to work on getting permissions for most of these. I'll reach out to who I can. I sent a message for the Fennec Foxes a while ago but haven't heard back yet. Lumisteria is really active so she might be doing her own update on the guinea fowl.

For Eemie, it may be impossible. Numerous modders have been trying to track them down for permissions for their mods but have been unsuccessful. They seem to have just vanished from the community.

The hamsters, fantails, banties and quails are all Adopt and Skin mods, not BFAV mods, so even if we get permission I'm not sure we can do them? But we can certainly try.

Basically, stay tuned lol

Yeah fr. It looks like minervamaga took over for Eemie but no one's been able to get in contact with them either. So sadly those mods may just be out of reach forever 😭

On the plus side, whitebalverines just got back to me and gave me permission to convert their work, so I'll be working on the Indian and Asian animal packs tomorrow :)

Ok, I took a look at the permission page of TurmionKala for the hamsters, and it's open to basically everything except making money off them, so I made a conversion to 1.6, by making them non replacing rabbits...I had to add the drops and a few pieces of info, since before it wasn't needed, but it's done!

I was too, but I decided to be thorough and check, and to be honest, all the sprites come directly from the Mystery Dungeon games, so nobody actually drew anything...I could theoretically just make a 1.6 mod by simply bypassing everyone and go back to the direct source. Would take a while, but would be doable.

BTW, I finally managed to send a direct message to the author of the Kitsune (the post on the mod has been sitting there for like a month, since there come no notifications, and I didn't realize it), and I got permission to convert and publish, so guess I'll throughly check and then link it

Sounds good. I hadn't realized we missed a few requests either. I just sent Mazzons a message asking about working on some of theirs. I'll leave the Pokemon one to you tho since you were already going to handle it

To be honest, I'm still waiting on a few mods, so everything depends on whether the author are still active...Unicorns, Deers, Gnomes, Baba Yaga and Dragon Quest Slimes are still missing

Bit of a problem though. I installed the mod and went to test it out and I can't open the menu to buy animals at Marnie's...

I click the dialogue option to pick out animals but the selection menu doesn't come up. It just stays on the dialogue menu.
