Malaga (eggnog icecream with raisins), "After Eight (peppermint icecream with dark chocolate chunks) and quite simple Vanilla icecream with hot raspberries...

Edit: Wait I forgot the why, its because i love cherrys and chocolate, and the combination of the fruit being so refreshing and the bitter flavor of the chocolate is an amazing combination for me.

I can't actually eat ice cream, so I eat sorbet. But the best flavor is definitely mango combined with strawberry!
it gives it a tropic fruity feel
