Malaga (eggnog icecream with raisins), "After Eight (peppermint icecream with dark chocolate chunks) and quite simple Vanilla icecream with hot raspberries...
Why? Because of the taste?

As for lactose problems: there are sorbets, ice-cream made of lactose-free milk, vegan ice-cream (I know a factory making yummy chocolate ice-cream based on oats milk).

I'm pretty diverse when it comes to ice cream, but my favorite has to be anything cherry and chocolate. I really like cherries; they taste good.

Mmmm coffee ice cream is the superbest but vanilla can be just as good, Häagen-Dazs used to have an Egg Vanilla which was top tier. A good cookies 'n cream is also near-perfect, especially when made into a shake.
