I don’t know if it’s just everybody’s game or just mine, but I have tried with multiple crops, and I have noticed that most of what I have I put into my dehydrator is way less than its original value, I’ve looked it up and looked into multiple websites about this issue and everyone says a dehydrator is super good at upping the value of crops, but that has not been my experience at all. I feel like I’m not seeing anybody else talk about this issue so I don’t know if I’m the only one experiencing it or what’s going on
For example: five blackberries original price is 300 and then when I put it in a dehydrator, it becomes 175
I also tried with crystal fruit. It originally went 1500 for five crystal fruits. I put it in the dehydrator and it turned out to be 1150
I’m only noticing this with some fruits I don’t know if the overall price of the dehydrated fruits is based off of the fruit kind you use, but as far as I’m understanding and what I’m reading online is it ups the value of no matter what you put inside of the dehydrator, and that does not seem to be the case.
I tested again with grapes apples and pomegranates and it actually did up all of their value, so at this point, I’m wondering, if it’s just forged items that somehow lessen its value in the dehydrator?

Gold quality Fruit and loses money with
Iridium quality Fruit. 1500g for 5 Crystal Fruits matches the value for Iridium quality, you should just sell those instead. Same goes for Gold, the difference in g is minimal. The Dehydrator seems a better fit for regular and
Silver quality Fruit. Just did a quick scan of about 10 different Fruits and this is the case for all of them, including Tree Fruit like Apples.
