Are there still secrets to be discovered?

I recall hearing i while ago that Concerned Ape talked about how there still are secrets to be discovered but it was in 2016 and im curious if everything is already discovered or is still worth looking for secrets

There are bound to be little connections here and there that have lost their meaning or aren't really obvious that you could consider to be 'secrets', but it's very unlikely there are any actual hidden mechanics, items, visuals, etc. as the community has dug pretty thoroughly through the games code to find oddities you wouldn't expect.
