I'd like to suggest a feature to enhance animal care:

Add a heart icon above animals needing affection. The icon disappears after petting.

*Benefits*

1. Reduces time spent searching for forgotten animals.
2. Enhances gameplay experience.
3. Increases animal care efficiency.

*Visual Example*

A small, colored heart icon above the animal's head.
