Windows 1.6.3 Emily 10 Heart Event (still not working for me)

My game is up to date, I have seen all of Emily's previous heart events, the weather has been sunny as needed, and I still am not getting a letter to trigger the event. Not sure what to do? Has been 2 days since I reached 10 hearts with her. I'm in Winter 2 if that is relevant.

Same here. Speed ran a new farm on a vanilla unmodded save just to be sure. 1.6.3 didnt fix it.
And neither did 1.6.4 the newest patch from a few days ago.
Season doesn't matter either, reached 10 in late summer.
Reinstalled the game on a fresh win 10 install just to remove ALL doubt.

The only thing I can even remotely think of is I have a 4 corners farm.
