Mac (1.6.15) Game wont open on mac

Ever since I updated to 1.6.15 in my mac (Mojave 10.14) it doesn't work. I asked my brother who also has a mac to try it, and he said the same. I have been playing with the previous version option on Steam.
I really hope this is just a bug and it's not that it is just not available for macOS Mojave
