I was playing yesterday and got 1 achievement, and as I progressed, I got another two (the first two cooking achievements), which show up in-game, but do not show up on Steam anywhere. I reset my computer, emptied the Steam downloads cache, and restarted Stardew.
I purchased and downloaded another game, so I'm not offline, the cloud is " up to date", and I also tried playing another game, and the achievement showed up.
I played some more Stardew and got another achievement, a complete collection, and again it didn't show up (20 minutes after the achievement on the other game).
Does anyone know why this might be happening and how to fix it?
