Windows "Full House" Achievement bugged

I am playing with my girlfriend, it is my save file. We already have 2 kids (already a toddler) in her house, and 1 baby in my house.

She got the achievement of "Full House" the first time we got the 2nd kid. But I still havent receive it yet.

We are both playing on steam. Help, I am trying to do 100% completion

I receive the achievement now.

The achievement should be renamed to:
Full House
Get married and have two kids at your own house

We have 4 kids now, 2 kids on her house (that's when she receive the achievement and I didn't), then after we made 2 more on MY house, that's when i received the achievement.
