Same with me, I only close them through winter and it doesn't seem to influence the animals in any way... They use to stay inside and don't wander around by night. But maybe it doesn't matter anyway, cause I always disable the "wild animals attack"...

Found it in the Wiki, it doesn't seem to appear, when the doors are left open, so that's why I might have never recignized anything.

Same here, at least with the well. I also keep my first sturgeon for a while in case I need it for a pond, but as soon as I've got 2 sturgeon roe, it's likely to go into a smoker and get sold, same if I get a sturgeon of lower quality later (buying from Krobus for example).

There is no penalty, but closing the door does give you an added friendship bonus, so you're technically missing out on the maximum possible friendship gain. But even knowing that, I never close the doors either.

Well, my beasties eventually come to like me, as it is. Though if I don't hurry up and grab another heater in my mobile save, that might change...

I forgot one: I never use daggers or pick the Scout professions. Swords are vastly superior.
I also never pick the crab pot skills in fishing, as I don't really use crab pots (usually end up using four, the three free ones and one crafted one) and the skills that increase fish sell prices are way better for me.
