What do you think ConcernedApe is going to add in the next large update of Stardew Valley?

Not for a very long time. The console and mobile updates are still a month in the future plus the inevitable bugfixes for those, and then it's back to Haunted Choccy. Minimum 2 years before before Halloween-themed Bonbon Simulator comes out so probably sometime past then.
