HELP | FPS Drop :/

I want to apologize in advance for my English, I don't understand it well and I use a translator.

I've been playing Stardew Valey with mods (SMAPI) for some time now. Everything was fine, the game ran normally, but suddenly at some point the fps started to drop. After that, downgrades of up to 5 FPS in the game began.

However, I discovered that the game returns to normal after using the secondary ability of any sword (Block/Parry).

I could just use a sword's secondary ability every time the game crashes, but over time it gets boring having to do that every time.

Can someone help me? I don't understand why this happens...

Could you try running the smapii error log(I think that’s what it’s called) and if that doesn’t point to anything try playing the game in vanilla. If the game runs completely fine in vanilla go back to modded but only with one half of your mods. Try to narrow down the problem to one mod or an interaction between mods.

I've tried everything you said several times and it didn't work. I didn't even find out what the problem was :(
And unfortunately, this also occurs in Stardew Vanilla.
I don't even know what I do anymore :/

Could you try running a 32 bit client of the game? You have to go into properties on steam and opt into the 32-bit compatibility beta. There are guides here and on steam on how to. It can help even sometimes when running 64 bit systems.
