It's Stardew Valley Expanded (SVE), Immersive Farm 2. I love this mod, because not only the farm, but the whole map is is much bigger and much more diverse. There's a huge real forest west of Cindersap forest, there are new places all around and a lot of secret places to be unlocked in the course of the game. The desert is bigger and differently designed, and there's a lot of additional characters, more bachelors too, more exciting quests and items.

However, there are two things I tend to be critical of: a lot of things are made a bit too easy for my liking (e.g. getting Prismatic Shards), plus the farm is so big, with an extra Grandfather's Shed on top, that you can easily feel overwhelmed by all the possible work.

I'm not sure whether SVE is running on iOS. FlashShifter (the modder) posted on reddit 3 years ago: "There unfortunately isn't a modding API for iOS." But there could be now - you could do a search on reddit.

Neither do they on PlayStation. It's a shame, actually. There are five people in my family playing SDV, and unfortunately 3 of them can't play Expanded because they use PlayStation.

Now I'm a bit confused. I dragged a couple of saves over to a new folder on my desktop. They disappeared from the game's folder - so far everything's fine. But as soon as I start playing the next time, they are back on the game's loading list and back in the game's folder too! Do I still have to delete them from the loading list? I'm a bit afraid that they might disappear from my desktop folder as well?

I think cloud saves are restoring your moved game saves. Do you use Steam? It sees some game save folders on the server but not your computer and says, “Oooo let me be helpful and restore these missing folders for you!” like the good dog that it is. I suppose we just pet it and say, “good dog, gooood doggie!” but I’m not sure how to convince it to actually remove your saves for good.

It reminds me of my youth, when I was fed up with belonging to the "Free German Youth", the communist youth organisation in the former GDR, and threw my ID card far out of the window towards the river. Back then, I was working in a church-run home for people with mental handicaps. An hour later, one of our young residents was standing outside my window with a broad smile on his face and my ID card in his hand: "Here you are, you've lost this!" 😆
I should have dumped it in the river straight away.

I’m on mobile. The files practically delete themselves sometimes. One time I accidentally hit that trash can and confirm and it was gone for good. If I had money to pay an Apple Arcade subscription it’s harder as it puts it on iCloud but not that much.

As a note aside, That would be a difficult thing for you to live through. I hope it wasn’t too recently. I’m glad you got out of that group! Thank you for helping those people through it all. 🙏

I've just choked on my coffee. The sun has to rise in the west before I can leave sweets lying around for even an hour. 😁
You seem to know me well: I don't like vanilla nor choccie icecream, so the strawberry's for myself, and the friends are happy too.

very cool. Love the winter outfit. Which boots are those?

Also I think the portrait looks like nose shading vs extended nostrils. But everyone sees art in their own way so not saying any one way is right or wrong.

Thank you! I think they are the red Sneakers you get from the mines or the Adventurer's Guild. In winter, I normally wear the Thermal Boots (the more so as they are of the same colour as the Earmuffs) - once I've acquired them, which doesn't seem to be the case here.

Red Sneakers, Leprechaun Shoes, Crystal Shoes, even Thermal and Mermaid Boots are all necessary for accessorizing many outfits. And the best part is you can Tailor the stats of some really good footwear like Space Boots or Cinderclown Shoes onto those stylish shoes and sneaks to wear your smashing outfit not only to Friday at the Saloon or your wedding, but also to Skull Cavern and the Volcano.
