iOS My star view won’t open

So I just downloaded the game today I try to open it and it just opens to a gray screen
No sound ether

What iOS device are you using, what iOS version is that device on, and did you install the Arcade+ version or the regular version?

Have you tried restarting your device? Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?

It’s the + version and my iPad is iPadOS 16.6.1 I tried deleting and reinstalling and it didn’t work and tried restarting my iPad and it didn’t work so what do I do?

That's the Arcade version. Are you able to open successfully other Arcade games? Are you logged into your Game Center account? Is your Arcade account part of a family sharing account?

I am logged in my Game Center account and I can open other arcade games I think it is part of a family sharing account
