Best Place to Find Qi Beans?

Hey! It's been a week of this quest and I'm only at about 100 Qi Beans... I've been mining, hoeing all the spots I can find, shaking trees, etc. and nothing seems super efficient. It was way better when I cracked open almost 200 geodes, but does anyone know if there's a more efficient way of finding them?

I know you can find them fishing too, but I wasn't sure if it'd be time efficient, even with consumables.

Have you planted them?

Try to find a lot on the first day, change profession and use fertilizer to make them grow fast. You don't need to find that many.

I suggest planting what you have, harvesting and putting all the fruit through the seedmaker. Starting with 100 you will only need to do that a few times to get all 500 fruit.
I completed the quest in about 3 weeks using speed grow, after finding only about 30 beans to start.

This is such a good idea!! I may have wasted some time in-game but I'll try for now and next time I come across the quest, I'll do that first. Thanks!

The original issue was that I couldn't find that many in the first place, but this idea combined with the seed maker idea sounds optimal!

I always find the best way is bringing a strong crusader dagger and burglar ring and doing sc runs. Try to prioritize breaking barrels and crates and killing ghosts with the dagger without going too far out of your way. Opening geodes nets a lot of beans and crates and barrels do too. You can get upwards of a hundred a day with this method.

If I recall correctly, mass deforestation is not a bad way to collect some beans, especially if you could use the wood anyway.

For my part, I do SC runs to find Qi Beans, bombing everything to get a bunch of Qi Beans as a starter kit. Then I use Seed Machine with more SC runs to quicky reach a high amount of Qi Beans.

Okay so I know this post was made awhile ago but I've found that if you use treasure totems on ginger island (I do it right outside the field office) and just keep going at it you can get hundreds in a day. I use lucky foods and rings to up the yeld but it's and awesome way to do it.

*Edit it also give you alot to omni geodesthat you can then take back to Clint and get opened giving you more

Assuming you have 3 weeks left, 100 is a ton. Just plant, harvest, put in the seed maker, repeat. Use speed grow and agriculturist as appropriate: using any acceleration will speed it up from 4 days to 3 and using hyper speed grow OR agriculturist and deluxe speed grow will speed it up to 2
