Without any mods, I tried to change some of the portraits by simply swapping out some XNB files in the game's Content/portraits folder, it loads in with just one problem, due to the new portraits having a larger resolution, they appear very zoomed in in-game. Is there any way to fix this? (I tried using the Portraiture mod, It didn't help)
