Solved [Xbox] Mr Qi challenge canceled before the time was up

i went into the room and selected the challenge to make it to the bottom of the mines in a week then i left and made it to level 5 in the mines again since it was already like 9 pm by the time i made it to the mines and then went to sleep when i woke up the elevator was maxed out on all the levels and the challenge was gone

Was it on a Sunday? Most challenges last a week/always end on Sunday night. Monday means new challenges.
