iOS won't leave me leave festivals

[itsjustblessing]

Won't let me leave the festivals to complete the day even after i interact with all the towns people and do all the activities for example doing the maze, i always end up having to reset my day and lose my progress and it's getting very annoying

How are you trying to leave?
Which festival exactly? Some end automatically after you complete the activity, for some you just have to leave the location.

I’m having the same problem, and I don’t know what to do. During the previous fair, I restarted the game and missed it. But during Spirit Eve, I got my prize and now I can’t leave the city.

For those festivals, the end isn't triggered by completing a task or talking to villagers. You need to walk out of the festival area to end the Stardew Valley Fair and the Spirit's Eve.

I tried the usual exit, changed my control settings and even switched to the virtual joystick. Nothing worked.
The expected “Are you sure you want to leave?” confirmation never appears when I walk towards the exit of Pelican Town
