Will the problem that horse can't walk through the one lengthwise tile be changed

I don't know if it's on purpose to make horse be able to go through one transverse tile but can't go through one lengthwise tile

Unfortunately that one's not a bug and is staying in the game. Ok that's an assumption but enough people have complained about the BeegButtHoss (like, everyone who's played the game) that there seems to be no chance it'll ever change. It's working as intended.

Every single Farm I've designed has 2-tile-wide spaces between many important things for the express purpose of fitting Horse butts and nothing else.

It's a bit of a shame because the mobile horse can move through any 1 wide gap in any direction, it's always a bit of a rewiring in my brain when I swap back after long times using my horse

Oh, I didn't know that.
I play always on PC so I don't mind.

But IF horse riding will be changed I would like to see my horse jump over little stones (the small ones you cant pickaxe).

ooh yeah that would be nice, I've been held up so many times by those stupid little things

Now that the game has all these book upgrades, it could be done that way. A second horse book upgrade could allow the horse to jump over fences (including those in town) and move through thinner gaps.
