Eh I'd argue for spicy eel it's much easier to buy, and it's a good enough food to basically be the only thing you'll ever eat bar a few exceptions such as catching a hard fish or diving for treasure floors.

For triple shot espresso? Yeah sure, though I'd just be buying them anyway just with money as it's less effort to grow a profit plant and buy them than to bother with coffee plants
