Ouch. Voted for Haley before reading the OP
I've heard she changes into a human, but that first impression, and how rude she is, stays for a long time. Shallow, superficial and obnoxious. I almost never run into her either, so a struggle to get her hearts up.

Could be. But I rarely go into those houses and don't see her when running past the CC to the mountains. Others I tend to run into now and then just by chance, but rarely Haley and Harvey.
