I also finally remembered the stable, so Robin's building that now.

Neither of the two saves I've brought to perfection has a stable. I see it more as an optional extra that I never seem to get around to get. Though I guess I would get it if I was ever going for Haley, since she's the only single who asks if I've got a horse yet, even if there's no way to answer her.

Between unlocking the mining carts and growing coffee early in the game, finding/receiving plenty of totems mid game, and building some obelisks and buying the shortcuts in late game, I never really end up using the horse. Even the farm where I deliberately bought the stable early, I rarely used it. I'd be leaving from a different exit and didn't think it was worth doubling back for it, or going somewhere where I wasn't sure it would fit. I've never bothered getting the horse flute.
