Well read achievement: have pageboy cap/available for purchase from hat shop. Tried reading book as per https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Achievements (retroactive achievements)
Good neighbors achievement: have white bow/available for purchase from hat shop.
No achievement unlock upon entering cindersnapp forest or speaking to raccoons as per https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Achievements (retroactive achievements)
Further potential helpful info: Started/has been a multiplayer game with my girlfriend since creation. Not sure which version we started on but probably before most recent update (hence the bugs I’m guessing)
Going into single player did not change anything, nor did clearing player data on console and resyncing (and repeating retroactive steps)
Also just beat prairie king and that achievement worked so no clue 🥲
