I loved to drink Yakult as a kid (sweetened probiotic milk beverage fermented with the bacteria strain Lacticaseibacillus casei Shirota). Some day I drank an entire pack of ten or sixteen (I don't remember) when I was home alone...bad idea. I can't remember how it ended and the consequences, a blurry memory, I just can remember that my mother found me lying on the floor, below my bed with all the empty small cups around me and with a heavy stomachache and totally confused. We never bought another pack again.
