Android villager friendship symbol error

when friendship is raised and hearts are obtained.
Obtaining more than 10 hearts with a villager does not change the symbol that represents the friendship level, it remains as a purple circle instead of showing a purple star

I think the purple star is only in the Windows version, because I play on Android, more than 10 hearts with a villager the symbol does not change.

I also have the same problem, question is can you still have children when this bug appears? Because my emily really dont ask the children question even after many reloads to try to force it. I made a back up before going to bed. Go to bed wait if the question Pop up or not, if not i reload the back up again. I start to losing hope here.
