Pixel 9a, Android 15, with Sound Amplifier accessibility shortcut (swipe up from bottom with two fingers) enabled.
I accidentally triggered the shortcut and ended up with the screen looking like this. I paused, unpaused, and opened the app, and that allowed me to continue from where I left off, with a normal, functional screen.
