Windows Unable to Catch Son of Crimson Fish

The son of crimson fish seems to be unobtainable during the extended family quest while the night market is currently active. My guess is its because the night market works with another map tile and the son of crimson fish wasn't added to the eastern pier. Because the quest is to be completed in three days that makes this quest impossible to complete.
