I just ran into an issue with the toolbar. As soon as the game loads, the toolbar starts scrolling very fast through each item, over and over, non-stop. I have been playing the game on PC every night and then suddenly this issue happened. The game is unplayable with the toolbar constantly scrolling. I do not have any stuck keys on my keyboard so I am at a loss of what might have happened.
