Play co-op with people on here? Put a LFG I would join. Solo I would say just buy the seeds that you need and start growing on the first day of that season ig? For fishing, pick out days that you are going to fish, days you are going to mine, days you are gonna get wood I guess

You'll have to walk around to find forage for the Spring Forage Bundle. That's the easiest bundle to complete. Walk around whenever the new season happens because you'll need Summer, Fall and Winter Forage as well. Winter Forage you can find some of them in the frozen levels of the mines.
Fish in the Mountain Lake for the Chub, Carp, Bullhead and Largemouth Bass.
Fish in the Ocean for the Sardine
Fish in the Pelican Town River for the Sunfish
When it rains, fish in the Pelican Town River for Catfish, Bream and Shad. You can also fish by Leah's house while it rains to get the Catfish/Bream/Shad
The Traveling Cart shows up by the Wizard's tower every Friday and Sunday, she sells items you can buy for the Community Center.
Get your Axe upgraded so you can cut down the big tree stumps for hardwood needed. Get enough regular wood and stone needed for the construction bundle.
Cut down enough trees and get enough stone for the construction bundle, either buy from Robin or you can cut down trees or get stone from the mines.
Exotic Bundle is trickier, you can find Cave Carrot, Red Mushroom and Purple Mushroom in the mines. Or when Demetrius shows up, you can choose the Mushroom Cave. Oak Resin, Maple Syrup and Pine Tar are easy to get. Just put tappers on each tree needed. Look at the Traveling Cart for Exotic items needed.
Grow at least one Parsnip, Green Bean, Cauliflower and Potato in the Spring. You can get them at Pierre's shop.
Get Coop and Barn sooner rather than later, so you can get your chickens and cows for the Animal Bundle needed. You'll probably need to fish a lot to get money.
Check the Traveling Cart for any bundles that you're struggling with.

Get the fiberglass rod sooner rather than later. You can use fish bait with it. Get the training rod if you're struggling with fishing.
