How to catch a walleye and/or a sturgeon and/or an eel

I am so close to to completing the community center but I can't get these last three fish, I need some tips.

Eel is caught in the ocean Spring and Fall on rainy evenings, fairly easy because it's a smooth-moving fish. Walleye is caught rainy evenings in Fall (or winter if you use a rain totem), and the easiest of the three to catch, found in any fresh-water body. Sturgeon is caught daytime in Summer and Winter in the mountain lake only, any weather, and while the most difficult to catch of the three it is about as difficult as a catfish.
