So, you'd have a vegetable sandwich with pickles and a bit of dressing? The salmon in a salmon burger is usually minced, shaped into a patty and breaded, before being deep-fried, replacing the beef patty.

My only problem with salmon burgers is that the dressing usually contains lemon, and that there's usually a slice of tomato in there. And pizzas usually contain tomatoes. Allergies make life more complicated.
