No way, that's one of my favorite quotes from Haley and it stands proudly next to Abigail saying she's hungry when you give her Amethyst. Haley was Farmer Bobbi's kookbiscuit wife in the previous save and IMO this fits perfectly with her other married dialog. Bobbi assumed wife Haley bought Arctic Expedition Earmuffs instead of the normal ones because she loved how fuzzy they were and she never had the heart to point it out. "Yes dear, the snow seems to be freezing at 10C/50F this year. No I don't think it did that last year. Yes, it's probably because this Beach Farm changes how snow works. Yes yes I'm sure it's all Emily's fault, too."

No, it should probably not, but sometimes it seems the game doesn't check it before, since the dialogue is randomly chosen. I have a similar one with Elliott standing outside the Farmhouse in winter and thinking about standing still, so maybe a butterfly will land on his nose...
