I did a word search and was unable to find any info. Apologies in advance if this has been asked 1000 times. For my first farm, I remember harvesting tea leaves (I think.) I'm much further along this time, but I still don't have a way to make green tea. I remember it having something to do with Caroline. I've got her at 6 hearts, does she need more fish tacos? TIA

You might need to trigger a heart event to get the recipe. Go visit her in the tea garden behind their kitchen.

No, if you're already at 6 hearts with her, the event should trigger when you enter her tea garden. The day after you should get the recipe via Mail and then you'll only have to craft the saplings.

Just to be clear because this is the kind of thing I'd forever be looking in the wrong place for:

Caroline's Tea Room is through the door at the back of her kitchen. I would be looking for the secret place behind the house somehow for 3 days and give up.

Haha, good point! The first time I got tea was totally by accident. I was in the kitchen giving a gift to Caroline or Abigail (don't remember which) and was like, oh what's this door here that I've never noticed before??

This is where it is a useful habit to bumble around the map pressing buttons as you go. Sometimes you find little things like the weird food Jojamart stocks, sometimes you realize, "Ohhh, that's a DOOR!"

To unlock green tea, you need to reach 2 hearts with Caroline and then enter her sunroom (the door in her kitchen) on a sunny day between 9am–5pm to trigger the cutscene. After that, she’ll give you the Tea Sapling recipe in the mail the next day. You don’t need to give her more fish tacos since you’re already at 6 hearts just make sure you’ve seen the sunroom event. lunch recipe are simple step-by-step guides that help you turn fresh ingredients into delicious, homemade meals with ease.
